In 2020, during the pandemic, Full Bloom Therapy Services LLC was founded with the goal of increasing access to meaningful, supportive mental health care in the community. Our work is rooted in the belief that people already carry resilience within them, and therapy helps bring that forward in a clearer, more supported way.

I’m glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Marymount Manhattan College and my Master’s in Social Work from Monmouth University in 2015. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across a range of mental health settings supporting adults, couples and teens across the mental health spectrum.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, substance misuse, life transitions, relationship challenges, and reproductive mental health concerns; including infertility, pregnancy loss, and perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. I also bring lived experience of infertility, IVF, pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting, which informs the way I understand and hold space for clients navigating these experiences.
My approach is trauma-informed and integrates somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, and IFS-informed work. I’m active and collaborative in my style, with a strong focus on practical coping skills, emotional regulation, and helping clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body. Clients often describe my approach as warm, honest, and grounding. I aim to create a space that feels safe and human while also gently supporting accountability and meaningful change. Therapy with me is not just about insight—it’s about building tools that support real-life shifts outside of sessions. I firmly believe in the inherent resilience and transformative power within each of us, empowering us to embrace positive change.
